Bug Description

On the node details the storage section should be editable when the node is either Ready or Allocated. All other states should be disabled.

I think the only section we should allow to change at any time is the power section because something weird could happen where the user needs to change that to be able to release a node. Of course this is an administrator only thing.

Blake, we also discussed some parts of the summary. Kernel and zone for instance. And the networking section shouldn't be editable on deployed nodes either (not sure if this is currently the case)

Networking has already been fixed and landed from a different bug.

As for kernel and zone, I think those should be able to change. There is no reason the administrator could not turn off the server, pick it up and move it to a new zone. The same deployment would still be on the node.

Changing the minimum kernel has little affect but I could agree maybe that should be changed or not allowed to changed. At the moment I think it is okay for it to be allowed to changed. But I don't really have strong feelings about it either way.
