Bug Description

Last release is 7.0 for now.

https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/Fuel/Plugins#How_to_use_files_from_plugin_structure
Documentation does not describes new parameters at deployment_tasks.yaml (type, required-for, requires).
How does it works? Where user can get a list of stages for "required" field and so on.

Also 6.1 and 7.0 documentation are mixed-up and it's hard to find out what is actual and what is out of date.
Example given at the SDK do not cover all the parameters to 7.0 and have no links to existing plugins for 7.0.
