unit tests for openstack module are broken

unit tests for openstack module were broken during switch to puppet-librarian - openstacklib and keystone modules were deleted from fuel-library but were not added to .fixtures.yml file for openstack module. So tests can't find the required modules

We also need to add every module which is going to be used by librarian into '.fixtures.yml' file of 'openstack' module to do not break unit test at all.

    Fix .fixtures.yml for openstack module unit tests

    Most of all OpenStack modules were removed from fuel-library
    and .fixtures.yml of 'openstack' module wasn't updated according
    these changes. That's why unit tests were failing on 'openstack' module.
