Synfig and other apps icons are way to large

I have noticed that some apps in the software center are way too big. Some times this looks like the software center has a really cool looking style, but then you realize that only a few icons are this big. Most icons are 32x32 or 64x64 or something but then there are icons that are way too big.

attached there is a screen shot with many apps that have icons that are really big. Then when you go to the installing page while installing synfig you will see how big the icon really is. You can see that kritas icon is really tiny.

I forgot to say. I am running software center 13.10 on Ubuntu Gnome 15.04
