Bug Description

The version number of ifmap-server needs to be bumped up to reflect change in
https://github.com/Juniper/contrail-packages/commit/ab71b8d502fd6c34e439c82af931dd5a559a34d1

Without this upgrades wouldn't pick up the new launch line (and thus not have proper log-rotation)
