Bug Description
seems upstart removal is incomplete. the dir is removed but packages still contain files to it.
and it's fine for poldek, it does not "see" such things as error:
# rpm -qf /etc/init
file /etc/init is not owned by any package
# rpm -qf /etc/init/*|sort -u
iptables-

nevermind, seems th-main move is incomplete. not all upstart-removed packages are moved to th-main.
as including th-test-ready-main no packages are present:
poldek:/all-avail> search -f /etc/init/* ....... ....... ....... ....... ....... ......done.
Searching packages.
No package matches '/etc/init/*'
poldek:/all-avail>
