Bug Description

it's a fresh installed 14.04.1(kernel 3.13) with system software upgraded to 14.04.3.

unity does not fully supported because there is no 3d acceleration with this intel graphic.

as in contrast, 14.04.3 with 3.19 kernel the graphic works just fine.

Thats to be expected, the graphics stacks are only upgraded on the installation images and this hardware was not supported in 14.04.1

yes, but with 14.04.3(3.19 kernel) the touchpad won't work. That's why I'm filing this bug against to 14.04.1(3.13 kernel).
I will open another bug if the touchpad still not working after system upgrade.
