Cannot get source packages without root privileges

When I try
apt-get source coreutils
as standard user I get
Error: You must put some 'source' URIs in your sources.list
With sudo apt-get source works as expected.
Remove please the need of root privileges to download source packages.
I have deb-src lines in /etc/apt/sources.list.

It may be because you don't have a deb-src entry for "multisystem". Try commenting out that line in your sources.list. If that doesn't work then keep testing by removing extras.ubuntu.com and archive.canonical.com to see if that helps.
