It's one day older and a few bytes smaller. Try reinstalling the package. sudo apt-get install --reinstall insserv

I do not know how this relates, but I used ramdisk (tmpfs) for /tmp directory. strange. I thought it was normal practice. now i commented out corresponding line in fstab and those additional lines from previous message are gone away.
although this does not solve the whole problem, I think initially it appeared because of this

Try apt-get download inserv then dpkg -i insserv_1.14.0-5ubuntu3_amd64.deb, and finally apt-get upgrade.
