upgrade from 15.04 to 15.10 (I know it is early to report this)

just ran do-release-upgrade -d from the command line to get kubuntu 15.10.

I run a 4.2 series kernel because of the AMD/ATI and Toshiba chipset improved support. My thought is that upgrading to a version of Ubuntu that officially support 4.2 would be better than staying on a frankenstien version.

I removed the package ubuntu-release-upgrader-qt and now the upgrade is running.
