site doesn't work with unity interface

In Ubuntu, with Unity interface, It's not possible to accesss the site https://isscuritiba.curitiba.pr.gov.br/iss/default.aspx

But in Ubuntu, with Cinnamon and Gnome it works. In Kubuntu (KDE) and Linux Mint it works too.
