During the installation of gutsy i don't succeed to upgrade the powermanager which now doesn't work anymore

Was this clean install or upgrade from feisty?

Current version of kde-guidance have this file only in guidance-backends file and latest package also have proper conflics for older version (feisty) of kde-guidance.
