Bug Description
Latest glance client 1.x change "--is-public True" to "--visibility public"
Also the --location is not supported, need to do a wget first, then redirect into glance

I'm not gonna lie, that was crazy hard to find in the docs a few weeks ago. Can you show me where you found it so i can update some internal things on this change?
