Use right way to skip fuelmenu

Use virtualbox built-in keyboardputscancode instead of using
ssh to master node and kill fuelmenu.

How to verify :
set in config.sh skipfuelmenu = "yes"
Expect:
master node should be deployed successfully without showing fuelmenu

Need to be verified on Linux, MacOS and Windows
