[fuel-plugin-ldap] yet empty fields marked as erroneus

1. Deploy Fuel .
2. Install LDAP plugin.
3. Create a cluster by wizard: 1 Controller, 1 Compute, 1 Cinder, Neutron VLAN, Cinder LVM.
4. Enable "LDAP plugin for Keystone" in Settings.
5. Notice that empty fields already marked with red color.

Usually on web pages inputs are highlighted by red only after erroneous input.
Necessary fields it is better to mark with asterisk.

This is required fields, they can't be empty.

Vasyl, fields should not look red at first sight before user interacted with them.
In most of services with web UI required fields are highlighted by red in several situations:
- after invalid input,
- after leaving them blanck (on Gmail for example),
- or after attempt to proceed without filling necessary data.

However we have fix, i`ll set this issue "fix commited".
