Bug Description

Current documentation(http://docs.openstack.org/developer/aodh/install/index.html) does not provide much info regarding initial installation and configuration of AODH.

It would be really great to have it extended to look like installation/configuration section of telemtry service (http://docs.openstack.org/kilo/install-guide/install/yum/content/ch_ceilometer.html)
