There is no usage of such files in jenkins jobs or system-tests

fuel-qa/fuelweb_test/j_test_plans/modified_tuwrb8.jmx

grep -R "jmx" jenkins-jobs|wc -l
0

grep -R "jmx" fuel-qa|wc -l
0

Seems that this file is not needed anymore.

First, rewinding head to replay your work on top of it...

ls: cannot access fuelweb_test/j_test_plans: No such file or directory
