Bug Description

I very much prefer the notebook view over the all-notes view. There should be a possibility to change the default view when launching the app.

Question: Would you think it's better to add a setting to define the standard view or would you think it's better the app just remembers the view where you left off?

I tend to think the latter is better.

Changed in reminders-app:
status: New → Confirmed
importance: Undecided → Wishlist
assignee: nobody → Michael Zanetti (mzanetti)

I think a setting would be better because I might check for notes by using the tag-view, but I might not want to see it the next time I open up the app.

Even though I have to admit that lately I only use the notebook-view, so the second option would also be fine.

Let's do both.

We create a settings with something like:

"When Notes starts:"
- Show the tab where I left
- Show notes tab
- Show notebooks tab
- Show tags tab

What do you think?

Both would of course also be fine.

For the wording, maybe:
Display on startup:
- last view
- notes
- notebooks
- tags
