Notifications are broken

I'm using bmdc++ rev700 on Archlinux.
I tried three types of notifications : "Private message", "Highlighting string" and "Chat Hub message".
Only the last one make a notification appear.

ok . confrimed inn both "New Look of Settings dialog" and in Old look of settings dialog . for me seems ( at least under Xfce). dont work noti at all . even the "Test" button there . did it same for you?

ok at least "Test" button of Notify in rev 702 start work , so should be fine now?
