App not maximized or positioned correctly on launch

Midori is set to maximize on launch. However, when I launch the app, there is a delay where the app is positioned in the wrong place on screen for a second or two before it maximizes properly. I have attached a screenshot to explain this.

If you need more info just ask. Not sure how to view logs on elementary...
