Bug Description
1. Deploy Fuel .
2. Install LDAP plugin.
3. Create a cluster by wizard: 1 Controller, 1 Compute, 1 Cinder, Neutron VLAN, Cinder LVM.
4. Enable "LDAP plugin for Keystone" in Settings.
And fill settings for LDAP (look below for settings).
5. Compare list of settings available on page with list in code.

We can't place all ldap settings on UI. At the moment fuel doesn't support adding new fields dynamically in plugins. /mirantis. jira.com/ browse/ PROD-1481 user will be able to add any supported ldap settings in UI.
