Bug Description

Glance metadef namespaces are unusual that they don't have an 'id' explicitly defined (their 'name' is their id). For ease of use by consumers, add an id field to namespaces, matching the name.

    Add 'id' to metadefs

Adds 'id' to the metadefs mapping that is set from 'namespace'
(which is the actual id for the object). Since the namespace can
never be updated we only need to set it when the namespace itself
    is serialized.
