- remove Fuel Plugins Catalog at fuel-infra - https://www.fuel-infra.org/plugins/catalog.html
- Fuel Plugins Catalog at Mirantis website should stay untouched - https://www.mirantis.com/products/openstack-drivers-and-plugins/fuel-plugins/
- add the link to DriverLog to the Fuel Plugins Catalog Community page - http://stackalytics.com/report/driverlog?project_id=openstack%2Ffuel

Remove plugins catalog from landing page

Remove unused route to prevent server error

After plugins/catalog view was removed,
the request to its route have fired an 500 server error.

I have removed it to fire 404 instead.
