We should increase timeout for assert ostf run in Deploy HA environment with Ceph, Neutron and network template

in test Deploy HA environment with Ceph, Neutron and network template we run all smoke, sanity, ha and platform test suite, but timeout for the check leave as is, so that there can be situation when test will be fail by timeout on ostf run:
