Bug Description
The fix for lp:1500703 is to use the device name in the HardwareId field of VolumeInfo, rather than populating VolumeAttachmen
can only match on an undocumented symlink in /dev/disk/by-id, with the prefix "scsi-0Google_
We should publish all /dev/disk/by-id symlinks for block devices, and allow any of them to match.
