Oxide does not build against Qt 5.5

Bug Description

With the new requirement of rebuilding Oxide against Qt in order to use it, it was found out that Oxide does not currently build against Qt 5.5:

I fixed some Qt 5.5 build issues a few weeks ago and have had it building successfully with it. The fixes are in the 1.10 branch already

no longer affects: oxide-qt (Ubuntu)
