Bug Description
Server Manager Status reports as "puppet failed" without specifying which role it failed in.
Server Manager Backend needs to track the progress of provision and give detailed status message like "database failed"
As of now this is possible only in HA sequential provisioning where roles are not provisioned in parallel.
