There is not API endpoint for MAAS keys

Bug Description
Currently there is no way to generate a new API key for MAAS by using basic auth. I realize that there is a security concern with doing this over clear text, but the endpoint could enforce using SSL to actually work.
This would allow anyone that has a valid username and password to retrieve API keys without having to resort to BeautifulSoup and the likes :)
