all torrents are in paused mode after starting

Bug Description
After starting qBittorrent all torrents are in paused mode.
If i deactivate the point "do not start downloads" for adding a torrent it works well.
Perhaps this isn't a bug but i think when qBittorrent starts it should restore the modes of the torrents.
I think the point in the options is only for a "real" torrent adding not for the adding at startup of qBittorrent.
Tested with v1.0.0rc4
