Libs and plugin branches are outdated for liberty

Need to change default branches in stable/liberty libs and plugin.

Now:
MURANO_BRANCH=${MURANO_BRANCH:-master)

Should:
MURANO_BRANCH=${MURANO_BRANCH:-stable/liberty}
