Can you try with the latest packages from the PPA:
https://launchpad.net/~arkadini/+archive/flumotion

The package you were using is now quite old and we're trying to release a newer version. The PPA contains the prerelase version of Flumotion.

Could you please attach your flumotion logs below /var/log/flumotion after upgrading to the latest version (0.6.1-1) which will soon be available in lucid?
