Bug Description

Attempting to install kde-plasma 5.4 from the kde-backports ppa AND another ppa resulted in the same problem. Unable to use ppa-purge commands to remove the parts that DID install, thus rendering my system broken. Advise that users do NOT attempt to install kde-plasma 5.4 onto Ubuntu 15.04 (or derivatives) at this time.

Sorry for all the fuss! I'd prefer to fix the issue rather than reinstall the OS .. and I know you folks feel the same. I just *had* to go and try KDE 5.4, didn't I ...
