I have the same hardware (Dell XPS13 9333) and very similar problem which I think appears when application uses hardware acceleration.
My software versions is slightly different

I am also experiencing this bug on Ubuntu Gnome 15.10 after an upgrade from 15.04. To reproduce it, I logged in, opened up Google Chrome, and went to twitch.tv where I opened a full screen video. The X server crashes within a few seconds after. Non fullscreen video is fine. I have attached an Xorg log from a session like this.

I can also trigger an Xorg crash by switching to the virtual terminal (Ctrl+alt+f1).
