scanbd cannot claim usb interface.

in syslog:

******* scanbd: /usr/sbin/scanbd: dbus match type='signal',interface='org.freedesktop.Hal.Manager'
******* kernel: [ 1918.112320] usb 6-1: usbfs: interface 0 claimed by usbfs while 'scanbd' sets config #1

can it be scanbd/sane conflict with usb-storage around usb interface ?
