Install guide is redirecting to "juno" rather than "kilo"

The link for fedora install guide is too old (juno [1]) in keystone install guide [2]. It should be updated with the newest available one (kilo [3])

    Fedora link is too old and so updated with newer version

    Link for fedora install guide is too old (juno). So it is
    updated with liberty version
