Multiple kpac.xml files cause rendering problems

Create multiple KPac instances and use different kpac.xml files in their respective Apache <Location> definitions. When loading multiple KPacs the cells defined in kpac.xml do not always render.

This seems like it will be a performance killer, and dangerous in some environments such as when using NFS. How about simply caching the config content in a hash based directly on the file name?
