'Paperclip' icon only appears after page refresh.

Bug Description
The paperclip icon that indicates an episode is stored locally doesn't appear after downloading the podcast episode. It only appears after refreshing the list of episode for that podcast.
I ran into this on Podbird version 0.6, on my BQ Aquarius E5
Reproduction Steps
1.) Choose a podcast from the list of subscribed podcast.
2.) Go to the 'Podcast' page for that podcast, which lists all the episodes.
3.) Download a currently un-downloaded podcast.
Once the download completes, the paperclip icon still isn't there. (I'd expect the paperclip icon to be there)
4.) Go to any other page, and then return to the page for that podcast.
The paperclip icon is there on returning to this page.
