Bug Description

This tracks updates for Firefox 41.

ubufox is updated with a fully signed xpi, which will continue working when Firefox requires addons to be signed.

unity-firefox-extension, webaccounts-browser-extension and webapps-greasemonkey are updated to provide empty packages, as there are no plans to have these addons go through Mozilla's signing process (which means that they will stop working in the next Firefox release). As engineering effort is no longer being spent on these, we are removing them now in order to fix bug 1069793 and https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1166508.
