Bug Description
The OS-brick filters file added in Change ID: I2b1e657b87c7b2
It includes a filter for "vg*s*-cluster", but the actual HGST cluster management command is "vg*c*-cluster". The file needs to be updates in the two spots to correct this to allow users of the file to execute the 3rd party command.

Fix typo in vgc-cluster command in rootwrap file
Trivial fix to change the "vg*s*-cluster" to the correct "vgc-cluster"
required for the HGST cluster management software.
