buttom gnome-panel not visible

Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnome-panel

sometimes the bottom gnome-panel is not visible, maybe only if using desktop-effects
killall gnome-panel restores the bottom panel
this happens on feisty and gutsy on different user accounts

Thank you for reporting bugs. We need more information:
Does this happen when starting a session, or randomly, or... ?
Does your bottom panel use autohide feature?
What about the top panel? Is it always right, does it autohide too?
Could you try with and without Desktop effects enabled and report what you get?
Could you try clicking on an empty place of the background Desktop, and see whether the pane reappears?

Yes, but autohide does not hide, it only decresa size to some pixels, so if the panel is not visible, it is not "auto hidden"

Always right, uses autohide, too.

It happens randomly, I never noticed it without desktop effekts.
