Another truecrypt.ko installation problem

I just updated my ubuntu system to the new kernel 2.6.22.13 and truecrypt no longer works. I tried to delete all source files, reinstall it with the following errors:

Then, using sudo modprobe -v truecrypt I got:

insmod /lib/modules/2.6.22-13-generic/extra/truecrypt.ko
FATAL: Error inserting truecrypt (/lib/modules/2.6.22-13-generic/extra/truecrypt.ko): Invalid module format

Using dmesg:
[ 3319.717787] truecrypt: version magic '2.6.22.7 mod_unload 486 ' should be '2.6.22-13-generic SMP mod_unload 586 '

The version of truecrypt-installer I'm using:

The truecrypt-installer works for Ubunt kernel 2.6.22-14-generic.
Please check again:

1. Boot to the kernel you're going to use (2.6.22-13-generic)
2. Start build: truecrypt-dpkg -a -i

The error could possibly indicate that the compiling was on 2.6.22.7, under which
the kernel module install naturally fails.

I checked again with 22-13 and 22-14 and I got the same error.

"truecrypt: version magic '2.6.22.7 mod_unload 486 ' should be '2.6.22-14-generic SMP mod_unload 586 '"

It is strange though because I can build/install truecrypt from the source. Is there other information I could provide?

Adding kernel 2.6.26 support has improved the code quite a bit.
Kindly test with the latest build structure.

  tc-dpkg --auto --install

The latest tc-dpkg (old was: truecrypt-dpkg) is available from the download page.

I believe latest release has addressed this issue.
Modules compile in Latest Ubuntu intrepid / kernel 2.6.27-2-generic.
