[dashboard] Deployment logs page doesn't contain the full report

Bug Description
Sometimes the 'Deployment Logs' page may stop working correctly. It contains only two records of report:
2015-09-17 15:10:45 — Action deploy is scheduled
2015-09-17 15:12:16 — Deployment finished
without messages generated by Murano app.
Cleaning of murano database may help in this case but sometimes it continue functioning correctly only after full reinstalling working murano environment

setting messaginv2 as notification driver works for me. Have doubds that that may be fixed in other way
