Bug Description

This is text copied from an email conversation about this with Morten Brekkevold:

Me:
Is it possible to have NAV to get serial numbers for HP Procurve 1810 switches?
NAV don't get the serial number today for them, but the serial number is stored in hpHttpMgSerialNumber,1.3.6.1.4.1.11.2.36.1.1.2.9,HP-httpManageable-MIB (1.3.6.1.4.1.11.2.36.1.1.2.9.0).

Morten:
The comments refer to it as HP-httpManageable-MIB, but the actual name in the module definition is SEMI-MIB, for some reason unknown to me (also, most of the objects appear to be deprecated).
This could be fixed by a new MibRetriever and an addition to the `propserial` ipdevpoll plugin.
