ENVIRONMENT:
ISO: 298
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Create correct CDH 5.4.0 cluster
2. Try scale up (for example, add 1 datanode)
EXPECTED RESULT:
After scaling cluster has "Active" state
ACTUAL RESULT:
After scaling cluster has "Error" state (Scaling cluster failed for the following reason(s): __exit__)
