Bug Description

When you reset the title bar settings at Window Administrator section, it doesn't restore to the correct defaults options. It restores to "Toggle shade" all of them, instead of Maximize, Menu, and Descend.

This guide helped me to fix the error with the Unity-tweak.
http://askubuntu.com/questions/462996/problem-with-double-click-on-title-bar-or-right-click-on-it-or-any-window-washed
-----

Unity-tweak sets wrong defaults for Double-click and Right-click on window`s titlebar.

While clicking:
Window Manager --> Additional --> [Restore defaults]. It sets
    Double-click: Toggle shade ???
    Right-click: Toggle shade. ???

Most users expect to have:
    Double-click: Maximize
    Right-click: Menu.

For example it is impossible to send a window to another workspace without the right-click menu.

Many users, while having problems with the desktop, set all options to `Restore defaults' .
But this results that the desktop becomes unusable.
