Bug Description
when you turn on the onscreen keyboard an extra plug is visible in wingpanel.
this plug stays active you can change the apperence of the keyboard and open it again.
you can also close it.
but the question is do we want this plug being there? if yes does it support the new wingpanel?
and do we want to be able to change the look of the keyboard?

This is actually an old ayatana plug that get's loaded. It does with with the new wingpanel though, so we'll probably either have to:
- patch onboard to remove that setting
- make a plug for the new wingpanel just for onboard
- Integrate these settings into the a11y plug, but we would probably still have to patch it since the settings sais "Show status icon".
