Bug Description
Calibre 2.20
Ubuntu 15.04
------------------
I start Calibre and the top part (title bar) of the main window of Calibre finish under the Ubuntu top bar.
After that, I can move the window of the application and work normally.

I dont see anything I can do about that. Positioning of windows is the
job of the window manager, not the application.
