Fuel UI should by default redirect to https port, not 8000 http

while I expect it to be redirected to https://10.20.0.2:8443/

    Redirect all but cobbler and api from port 80

    Redirect almost all from port 80 to port 8443 with SSL. Exclusions:
    * API still have redirected to port 8000.
    * Cobbler still uses port 80.

Hi Anastasia.
If you'll look into fix commit message, there will be next text:

 Redirect almost all from port 80 to port 8443 with SSL. Exclusions:
    * API still have redirected to port 8000.
    * Cobbler still uses port 80.

So what you speaking about is expected behavior. We can't move links to cobbler and API due backward compatibility reasons - not yet. Moreover, bug itself was about redirection only root path and fix doing exactly this.

So, I move it back to 'fix committed'.
