Improve log browsing for deployments

We are trying to improve browsing application reports, but still, we don't have comfortable view.
I suggest to add:

1) Page where logs from all deployments will be listed in one page and it will looks good to identify the different deployments.
Last deployment log should be in the top of the page

2) Link to that page should be given from environments table (so user is no longer needed to go inside environment details (components) page

3) Search through all the logs
