murano-dashboard.log file is empty

Preconditions:
Openstack with murano

Steps to reproduce:
Navigate to Horizon UI
Deploy any several murano-environments
Check murano-dashboard.log

Expected result:
murano-dashboard.log file is not empty

Actual result:
murano-dashboard.log file is empty
